Taste the feeling

Weekend at home and the countdown starts to of these last days heading into Christmas. I was wondering if this roller coaster year would bring us the joy of celebrating and what I see around it does!

After a year I figure it out that the people around me, friends, clients and people overall, are divided into two “mood groups” as I call them.

Positive group of action and negative group of resignation.

Those of the first have managed with strength, determination and inventiveness to transform the negative into new opportunities, at work they have converted what was wrong into novelty, innovation and necessity, their mood constantly tended to see this year as a year of rebirth, even personal, trying to improve their eating habits, taking care of themselves with sport activities or simply in their free time to dedicate themselves to what never in their life, for a matter of time, they could not do.

Those of the second, perhaps it is useless to write it, but they were the ones who gave their lives for lost or almost. Sedentary of physique and mind, resigned to a life that will not be able to give more chances, those perennially attached to the news and almost excited to see numbers, catastrophic situations and the first very expert journalists to forward panic and negativity to the closest ones.

Not that I took the situation lightly, but I believe there is a limit to everything.

Now, almost a year of Covid behind, we are all taking stock of what 2020 has been like. Many of us would not have expected to experience a film that we see only at the cinema, instead here we are. Stronger or weaker than ever.

Will the new year really bring us a positive change?

Personally, my most important turning point is what positive I found inside of me, how I recreate myself, digging deep on what I really want in my life and recognise, in the most difficult situations, how much reserve of strength we have inside.

More and more convinced that we are the turning point.

So even if a minimum of joy is within us, let’s make the most of it, but #keepsafe !
